TOURNAMENT RESOURCE PAGE

As a member of ATA International…

We have the privilege of voluntary participation in their closed-circuit tournaments. From smaller local tournaments to the World Championships (3,000 competitors) in Phoenix, Arizona, ATA has a worldwide network of hard-working and passionate martial artists!

Who competes?

Anyone may compete at our local tournaments! However, serious competitors must be in our Leadership Program.

When to start?

There is no age or belt rank requirement for competition. Just a positive attitude and a passion for martial arts. However, you should always discuss with your instructor first.

Which categories?

There are 13 different categories to compete in, including 8 individual categories. If you’re interested in competing, meet with your instructor and they will help you decide which and how many categories.

Why compete?

– It’s fun!
– Great way to make friends
– Another way to learn about martial arts
– Gives a broader scope of our amazing organization
– It’s fun!
